Description

  • Skills you can apply in individual or group therapy
  • Perfect for working with adults, teens and adolescents
  • Proven tools that easily integrate with other approaches
  • Improvements clients can quickly feel in their relationships

Clients can spend entire sessions talking about the emotional fallouts from fights and bad interactions with their partners, friends, or coworkers.

But let’s be honest … that’s not real progress. It’s just putting out fires.

And without skills that help clients interact with the people in their lives more effectively, they stay stuck in the same painful patterns. And therapy won’t get past the same cycle of venting, regret, and damage control.

And now in this 3-hour training, you’ll learn exactly how to teach these skills in-session – even if you’ve never used DBT before.

Your clients will learn to:

  • Speak up for themselves without making things worse
  • Set boundaries that protect their peace (and their relationships)
  • Say “no” without feeling guilty or losing connection
  • Handle hard conversations without shutting down or blowing up
  • Fix relationship issues without finger-pointing or running away

These aren’t just communication tips – they’re life-changing skills that help clients feel more in control, less reactive, and far more confident in how they show up with others.

And when clients feel stronger in their relationships, your sessions start to move forward instead of going in circles. They’re easy to apply and fit right into the work you’re already doing.
